The swimming pool is excellent. The landscape is very beautiful.
It's the private condominium. There are only 5 units for rent so there are no facilities or services to fully support such as towels at the pool, breakfast, etc. You have to ask for more towels at the reception which limited at 2 pieces per 4 people when you going to the pool. And there is only 1 person at the reception from 8.00am - 6.00pm to take care of everything include when visitors come to look at the show house for sale. So it means no call answer when need help. The queen bed is too small and the quality of the bed is poor. There is no wi fi internet provided in room as claimed in the web.

We were glad that we had finally found a place we really liked in Pattaya. The Residence was very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. Beach was clean too. Overall it was a nice getaway from busy Bangkok, will definitely return!!
We did not like the bathroom in the master bedroom, it was too open.
